We all know more than one person whose life has been touched by cancer. Alarming statistics show that new cancer cases are on the rise worldwide, and are projected to increase by 50% (up to 21 million) by 2030. In 2021, in the USA alone, there will be an estimated 1,898,160 new cancer cases and 608,570 cancer deaths. That’s approximately 5,200 new cases and 1,667 deaths every single day.
Help us Raise Funds for Cancer Awareness and Funds
Since its inception in 1999, Fiesta of the Spanish Horse has raised tens of thousands of dollars for cancer research. Proceeds from our events have helped find new treatments for leukemia, breast cancer, lymphoma and so many other forms of this heartbreaking disease.
We are proud to have supported many organizations, including the USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the American Cancer Society, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Kure It, Real Warriors, Padres Contra El Cáncer, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and The Roy & Patricia Disney Cancer Center.
